Missions

We are called to go. Go into our city, our state, our nation, and to the ends of the Earth being witnesses for the Gospel. Before his ascension, Jesus said "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” Matthew 28:19-20

We have many opportunities throughout the year that we participate in service projects and partner with local organizations to have special service days. For more information contact the church office.

Our 2023 Local Opportunities

Backpack Ministry

Beginning the first week of February we have the opportunity to help those in our community that don't have enough food for the weekend. We will be packing backpacks weekly and delivering them to Pearl Junior High. If you would like more information on how you can help, please contact Beth Hayes or contact the church office.

Homeless Ministry @ Poindexter Park

We have partnered with Pearson Baptist Church to help feed the homeless at Poindexter Park on a monthly basis. We will feed them the 4th Sunday of every other month. If you would like more information on how you can help, please contact Pete Ruffin or contact the church office.

Our 2023 National Opportunities

April 21st-23rd

Our Men's Ministry took a trip this spring to help with some construction projects that But God Ministries needed done. This will be a routine partnership that we want to continue to have. Be looking for more trips in the future to help this ministry right here in MS.

Our 2023 International Trips

Casa de Fe | Shell, Ecuador

We have a team going to Shell, Ecuador to serve at Casa de Fe. Casa de Fe is an orphanage for kids with special needs. The trip is to help at the orphanage with taking care of the children and some construction.
